I've intentionally created a space that's different from the traditional PT model. Instead of offering a wide range of services, I focus solely on pelvic health so I can give you the time, expertise, and personalized care you deserve.
Your sessions will always be 1:1 with me. No assistants, no students, and no double-booking.

We are an out-of-network practice, which allows us to provide you with the care you deserve. Many of our clients get partial or full reimbursement from their insurance providers through their out-of-network benefits. We encourage you to speak with your insurance provider to learn more about your coverage.
We understand that investing in your health is a big step. We’re committed to making the process as accessible as possible. We accept FSA/HSA, provide detailed super bills to submit for reimbursement, and also offer thoughtfully designed care packages so you can commit to your healing journey.

Our treatment sessions are tailored to you. They will likely include a combination of:
hands-on techniques from head to toe (eg. internal/external muscle release, joint mobilizations, massage, or dry needling)
therapeutic exercise to release tension/guarding and restore strength, coordination, and proper muscle function
nervous system support
postural education and retraining
lifestyle education to help you achieve your goals

We will always work at your pace and within your tolerance.
While it’s possible there may be some discomfort at times, sessions should leave you feeling more relaxed, confident, and empowered.

Everybody is unique, but many people start to notice positive changes after just a few visits, sometimes sooner!
Progress can depend on your goals, symptoms, and how long you’ve been experiencing them. Healing isn’t always linear and lasting change takes time and consistency. With the right plan and support, meaningful improvement is absolutely possible!
Your doctor can give you a realistic expectation of how long your healing journey might take. We will regularly check to see how you’re feeling and adjust our plan to make sure we’re moving in the right direction.

Definitely not! Many people come in to learn more about their bodies, feel more connected, and optimize their health.
We provide proactive care and can help identify muscle imbalance, posture changes, and faulty movement patterns before they start to cause you pain or dysfunction!
